Delivery & Refund Policy

1. The delivery is made by our own delivery team or our respective courier service partners.

2. We aim to deliver our Product to your delivery address when the products is in stock within 5-7 working days.

3. We shall notify you in case there is late delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Change of delivery dates and times are entirely subject to availability and scheduling by our delivery team. Delivery team will contact customers after their purchase to arrange the delivery. Angsa Emas may charge additional delivery fees for any last-minute change of delivery date and time.

1. No cash refund except for no-stock item(s) . Refund process will take within 30 days.

2. No cash refund on any defective items, we will do exchange only.

3. All SALE and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

4. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition with all the original packaging. The goods will be inspected once received.

5. The goods are customer’s responsibility until they have reached our warehouse. Please ensure to package your returned items properly in order to avoid damages. This include the boxes, packaging and tags.

6. Angsa Emas will not be responsible on missing parcel / lateness / return back due to third party delivery partner. However we will help you on the process to track and enquire on your parcel or a more suitable solution.
